חַבָּרוּתָא, חַבְרוּתָאch. (preced.) 1) attachment; companionship, friendship. Targ. Ps. 139:2 (h. text רֵעִי).Taan.23a (prov.) או ח׳ או מיתותא (Ms. M. אי חברא אי מותא) either companions or death; B. Bath.16b (v. Rabb. D. S. a. l. note 90).
